2026 Vision Board Class with Dr. Shanna

Join us for our 7th annual Vision Board class!  We will start with a meditation to release our stress, get out of the daily grind, and step into our creative flow.  This meditation will help clarify our goals in our career, finances, family, travel, health, education, and lifestyle.

The remaining time will be used to cut out magazine images and statements to create Vision Boards for 2026!!  Please register because space is limited. The class is scheduled for 3 hours but stay as long or short as you need to finish your board. Please bring any magazines you have!!
