A sanctuary within our office — thoughtfully designed to offer you moments of peace, clarity, and restoration.

This serene space includes:

  • Two Tranquility Rooms – ideal for quiet meditation, deep breathing, or simply being still.

  • A Calm Office space – perfect for focused work, reflection, or personal time.

  • A Cozy Seating Nook – a comfortable spot to unwind, read, or journal.

  • A Lounge Area – a space for gentle conversation or quiet relaxation.


Whether you're seeking a pause from the day, a chance to reset, or a
moment to reconnect with yourself,

The Retreat is here for you.

"Tranquility 1": A room with orange and yellow walls, a large bean bag chair and cushions on the floor and string lights hanging from the ceiling.

Tranquility 1

  • Enjoy this space in whatever way feels right for you.

  • Find a comfortable spot — in one of the chairs or on the floor with the cushions and pillows.

  • Feel free to play soft music or a recorded meditation (headphones or earbuds, please).

  • Borrow a book or activity from the bookshelf.

  • Journal with your own notebook, or take one from the basket.

  • Before you leave, kindly return the space to its original setup so it’s ready for the next guest.

"Tranquility 2": A room with orange and green walls and black-and-white abstract artwork on the walls. A massage table is in the room with a blanket and pillows on top of it.

Tranquility 2

  • Enjoy this space in whatever way feels most restorative to you.

  • Find a comfortable place to relax on the massage table, and feel free to use the blankets and pillows provided.

  • You're welcome to play soft music or a guided meditation — please use headphones or earbuds.

  • Borrow a book from the bookshelf for some quiet reading.

  • Before you leave, kindly return the space to its original setup so it’s ready for the next guest.

Please note: Linens are not changed by staff between uses. If you would like a fresh pillowcase, feel free to take one from the shelf. Place any used linens on the floor by the door when you're done.

"Nook": A large blue bean bag chair with pillows and a side table with a salt lamp and small diffuser.

  • Rearrange the chair to find a comfortable spot. Take a deep breath… relax.

  • Feel free to play soft music or a guided meditation — just use headphones or earbuds while in the space.

  • Borrow a book or activity from the bookshelf.

"Office": A room with a small wooden L-shaped desk and desk chair.

Office

  • Enjoy the space!

  • Borrow a book or activity from the bookshelf.

  • Journal, draw or color with the paper and tools in the space or your own!

  • Get some work done in a peaceful environment.

  • Please return the space to its original set up when you leave, so it is ready for the next guest.

"Lounge": A room with two armchairs and a side table with a lamp.

  • Enjoy this space!

  • Make yourself comfortable — settle into the chairs with a friend or colleague. 

  • Feel free to play soft music or a recorded meditation — just remember to use headphones or earbuds.

  • Borrow a book or activity from the bookshelf

  • Most importantly, relax and unwind!
