Hypnotherapy is a safe, guided process that helps you access the subconscious mind — the part of the brain where habits, emotional patterns, beliefs, memories, and automatic behaviors are stored. During a session, Dr. Paige gently guides you into a relaxed state called a trance state. Trance is a natural state of focused awareness that most people experience every day — similar to becoming deeply absorbed in a book, driving on autopilot, or losing track of time while daydreaming. You remain aware, in control, and able to communicate throughout the session.

Dr. Paige is a certified hypnotherapist who uses a teleological approach to hypnotherapy rather than a purely etiological approach. Instead of only focusing on why a behavior developed in the past, teleological hypnotherapy explores the purpose the behavior may be serving and helps uncover what the mind is attempting to protect, achieve, or communicate. This approach allows clients to create meaningful transformation without becoming stuck reliving old stories.

Hypnotherapy can be used to help transform self-sabotaging patterns, unwanted behaviors, emotional eating, limiting beliefs, stress responses, anxiety, and deeply rooted subconscious programming. It may also support healing inner wounds and unresolved emotional experiences by safely accessing the subconscious mind in a supportive and regulated way.
