Kelsey and Brittney, our in-house personal trainers, provide individualized personal training with a focus on functional movement, core stability, and progressive strength building. This style of training allows her programming to easily be implemented at home! They typically utilize minimal equipment or light bands and weights in their sessions. These sessions are accessible, efficient, and designed to improve daily movement patterns and physical resilience.
Each program is tailored to meet the client's unique needs, fitness levels, and physical considerations. They are able to work with many types of clients including post-surgical, chronic conditions, and those who want to improving general wellness. Both Kelsey's and Brittney’s approaches ensure safe progression and proper form with lasting results.

We are non-participating providers for all insurance companies except Motor Vehicle Accident claims.
We accept: Cash, check, credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), Flex Spending (FSA) cards, Healthcare Savings (HSA) cards, and gift certificates.
All appointments are subject to our cancellation policy.
